Kamal Qazi madrasah

Kamal Qazi madrasah - an architectural monument in Kokon (19th century). The building of Kamal Qazi Madrasah consists of a classroom, a mosque with a porch, a courtyard and small rooms. The gatehouse is magnificent, as in Khudoyor Khan's palace, only the entrance (surface) of this building is decorated.

The top of the peshtoq is covered with colorful patterns, and the geometric shapes are combined with Arabic inscriptions. The columns on both sides of the peshtoki are finished with a decorative cage. The gate house has two floors. The front of the classroom on the upper floor is fenced with a fence. The roof is covered with a 4-sided square dome. Mosques and rooms were built around the yard. The mosque has 4 columns, the east side is open, and it has a log porch. Its interior is decorated with ganch. The surface is without plaster. K. q. m. the traditions of the Kokan people's craftsmen are reflected in its architecture. The madrasa is being renovated and is being used as a hotel.
