At the end of 1360, Timur's father Taragai died, who was buried in a small family mausoleum. When Temur came to power in 1370, he ordered the transfer of his father's body to a more honorable place, at the burial of the highly revered Sheikh Shams-ad-din Kulyal, who died in 1371 and was considered a teacher-feast of the founder of the Naqshbandi Order Bahauddin Naqshbandi. The completion of the Dorut-Tilavat architectural ensemble mainly dates back to the reign of Mirzo Ulugbek.
