The owner of high culture and enlightenment

Literally, an intelligent person is a decoration of the world, he brings benefit to the people around him with his knowledge and potential, and he gets his place in the society. Such people have a bright memory and people always pay respect to them. This is not for everyone. In order to receive such a high respect, a person must have deep knowledge, work tirelessly, work on himself and make bold efforts to achieve his goals.
For centuries, raising a perfect generation has been the brightest dream of mankind. All our great thinkers of the past have consistently put forward this idea in their works.
If we recall the idea of Farabi's work "The City of Virtuous People", a virtuous person knows all the laws and regulations of his country well, follows them, thinks, honors his profession, and when necessary, sacrifices his life for his country.
One of our self-sacrificing ancestors is Shamsiddin Khan Bobokhanov, the representative of the famous Mufti dynasty, the grandson of Sheikh Eshan Bobokhan, the son of Sheikh Ziyovuddin Khan ibn Eshon Bobokhan.
At this point, we found it necessary to quote from the book "Spirituality of Great People" written by Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Saidmukhtar Saidkasimov about the dynasty of muftis:
"One of the features of that person (Sh. Bobokhonov) that attracts attention, in my opinion, is the light radiating from his open face, his eyes gently looking around, and he attracted everyone he saw and met. Many interlocutors who interacted with them had the same impression."
These lines clearly show the humanity, high culture and sincerity of this great man.
Shamsiddinkhan Bobokhanov was born in 1937 in the city of Tashkent, in the family of famous religious figures Eshon Bobokhanov. The influence of the spiritual environment in this blessed house had a great influence on the development of Ustoz Shamsiddin Khan into a mature, knowledgeable and high-potential person in all respects. Being brought up in a family with religious and national values from a young age, participating in scientific and educational discussions, being near religious scholars and learning examples of manners from them increases the love of knowledge and enlightenment in the consciousness of a young child. .
In 1955, Shamsiddinkhan graduated from high school and entered the Faculty of English Philology of the Tashkent Institute of Foreign Languages. After graduating from the institute with excellent grades, in 1961 he continued his studies at the post-graduate department of the Institute of Oriental Studies at the FA of the USSR, where he became interested in the Arabic language and studied it perfectly. Having mastered the Arabic language well, in 1962 he started working in the international relations department of the newly established Union of Muslim Organizations in Moscow.
Sh.Bobokhonov studied in the Arab Republic of Egypt in 1963-1966. The details of this period are described by professor S. Saidqasimov in his book as follows:
"In order to learn the Arabic language perfectly, Sh.Bobokhanov was attached to the faculty of Arabic philology at the Cairo University "Dar al-Ulum". He devoted himself to study and began his studies at the department of classical Arabic philology, which had just been established by Toha Hussein (1889-1973), a famous Egyptian writer and historical scholar, one of the founders of modern Arabic literature. enjoyed his lectures, helpful discussions and advice...
During 1963-1966, the process of continuous study in Cairo gave a strong impetus to the young researcher not only to the enrichment of the Arabic language, but also to the expansion of his religious knowledge and the strengthening of his Islamic faith.
In 1964, the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education, taking into account the great interest of Soviet researchers in Islam, sent a group of them to Al-Azhar University in order to deepen their linguistic and religious knowledge. It was the same for Shamsuddin brother. It was one of the main advices of his father Buzrukvor to properly plan his time from the beginning and make good use of the great scientific potential of this place."
After successfully completing his studies at Al-Azhar, he returned to Moscow in 1966 and became a faithful assistant to his father Ziyovuddin Khan ibn Eshan Babakhan: he actively participated in the establishment and development of international relations with Muslims of foreign countries.
It was during these times that Shamsiddinkhan Bobokhanov had scientific dialogues with major orientalists and linguists of the country, and these conversations left an indelible mark on his life. Under the influence of these dialogues, in 1973, he defended his candidate's thesis in Moscow on the topic "The category of double numbers in the Arabic language" ("Kategoriya dvoystvennyx chisel v arabskom yazyke").
Shamsiddinkhan Bobokhanov, who returned to Uzbekistan in 1974 after increasing his scientific potential, worked as vice-rector of the Tashkent Islamic Institute named after Imam Bukhari.
